THE DISCOVERY STEP – First step in creating a successful event or program is a needs analysis meeting to best uncover the objective, goals and budget that the client would like to achieve.
THE THINK TANK – We then start outlining a plan based on the needs analysis, research concepts and brainstorm various ideas with internal colleagues to develop a strategy and plan.
THE PLAN – Based on the needs analysis and ideas, the plan starts being outlined in a presentation format for the client to review based on the objective, goals and budget.
THE PRESENTATION – We will present the proposal and modify accordingly to best fit the client’s needs based on their feedback and the goals set forth in the initial meeting.
THE TIMELINE – Based upon the agreed execution plan, timelines will be set so all communication and organizational tasks are clearly defined between both parties inclusive but not limited to:
-Booking of additional entertainment
-Secure additional services
-Social media posts
-Marketing & event promotion
-Purchasing of supplies, giveaways & prizing
-Calendars and confirmation of schedules
-Development of customized games & crafts
-On-site logistics, maps and event details
EVENT EXECUTION – Day of event activation is based on preliminary planning, approved run of show and projected plan as determined in previous steps between client and Red Shoe Productions.
POST EVENT – All feedback is welcome. Photos to be provided to client based on what Red Shoe Productions has captured.
